Living close to the nature reserve " Leutratal"
As one of the most important orchid areas in Germany the "Leutratal" enjoys great popularity among nature lovers.
Since the end of 2014, all traffic of the nearby highway has been diverted and is running from now on through a
tunnel, bringing peace and serentity to the area.

construction.The draft plan provides for up to 10 residential units, linking the rural beauty of the area to modern architecture.This will enable the residential units to live up to highest requirements of home decor.
The former course of the stream nearby and the existing millwheel could be restored and a there is a vision of a garden-like recreational area at the bank of the stream including a playground and a seating arrangement.
The drawing provided is merely a first possible execution. Other variation can come into play,
according to future plannings.
