13.11.2009........3 completed objects (Naumannstraße 11, Kieserstraße 18/19, Neugasse 7) and the official completion of the fourth object Löbdergraben 30 were taken as base for the the invitations to celebrate in the very midst of Jena downtown right next to Löbdergraben 30.

Jena TV was interested and an interview with the general manager of the, in those days still called, "König & Ko GmbH" became part of the news broadcast.

Mayor Schröter presented a little piece of history by talking about the past of Löbdergraben 30 and Neugasse 7 and recognised the completion of valuable, attractive residential units in Jena

Quite some donations for an orphan house in Nepal could be collected and all of them were given wholeheartedly.

Culinary art and the wonderful life performance presented by the " Konrad Kater Kapelle" completed the evening
